Marie, the Principal Consultant at Solution Behavioral Health Consulting Group, she brings a wealth of experience to the table. She has spent nearly 25 years working and leading the charge for adult mental and behavioral well-being.
Marie's experience includes guiding employee services for the 6th largest School District in the Nation.
In 2018, she led the extensive task of creating, designing, and implementing strategies necessary to quickly aid in the stabilization and promotion of recovery for nearly 30,000 employees, following one the largest mass school shooting.

Marie has amassed an extensive amount of resources, strategies, and ingenuity, positioning her to be well-equipped to innovate the mental and behavioral health services organizations large and small. To compliment her experience, Marie also holds a number of national certifications, including among them, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Critical Stress Manager (CISM), Certified Anger Manager (CAM), and Certified Trauma Specialist (CTS).​

DONNA DRUCKER
Consulting Leader
Donna brings 35 years of combined professional experience as a licensed clinical social worker, an EAP corporate trainer, a crisis Responder, and a Program Developer. She is a faculty member of Florida Atlantic University's Sandler School of Social Work, a trainer for FAU Professional Development, and has a private practice. Donna is also a professor in the Disaster Management Certificate Program.
Donna is the Co-President of the South Florida Employee Professional Association Board. This balance keeps her current on the ever-evolving issues and depth of concerns individuals carry with them each day. Donna's work focuses on building through equipping and empowering each person to be balanced, productive, and at the top of their capabilities. Mrs. Drucker's company, Donna Drucker, LLC, is a partner of Solution Behavioral Health Consulting Group.
MICHELLE A. MOORE MCNEIL
Senior Consultant
Michelle is a public health practitioner and consultant who has worked and focused on mental and behavioral health, integrated approaches to health, and living through the dimensions of health and well-being for over 30 years. She has degrees in Psychology and Public Health.
She spent 20 years providing mental health services in educational settings for employees and now engages in transformational work with individuals, families, and community groups.
SUSAN VIALPANDO
Instructional Designer
For the past 25 years, Susan Vialpando has led and directed behavioral health service delivery in many capacities. She has an extensive history working with children and families as a Youth Emergency Services Crisis Clinician and a Medical Social Worker for University Pavilion (a psychiatric facility).
Susan is nationally certified in Trauma-Focused- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
